Bengaluru (Karnataka) [India], January 3<\/strong>: KPI Green Energy Ltd<\/a>. (KPI) and\u00a0the\u00a0leading solar panel manufacturer,\u00a0Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Pvt. Ltd. have finalized a significant deal\u00a0for supply of 300MWp of Bifacial Monoperc Solar panels.<\/p>\n

KPI Green Energy Ltd. will install these panels, particularly for the development of a 240-megawatt solar plant in the Khavda village of Gujarat, India, for\u00a0supplying power to\u00a0Gujarat\u00a0Urja\u00a0Vikas Nigam Limited. The agreement between KPI Green Energy Ltd. and Emmvee was formalized on December 30, 2023. The installation of these panels is crucial for the development of the solar plant in Khavda.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In this context, high-quality international standard solar panels will be supplied by Emmvee. The panels will be utilized for KPI Group<\/a>\u2018s own solar park in Khavda, adding to the company\u2019s commitment to the Gujarat\u2019s dream as well as Honourable Prime Minister\u2019s dream of reaching 500GW of renewable power by 2030. Emmvee aims to complete this delivery between June-2024\u00a0and May 2025, with some batches being delivered as early as March-2024. The warranty for these panels is set\u00a0for\u00a030 years.\u00a0<\/p>\n

It\u2019s worth noting that KPI Green Energy Ltd., a subsidiary of KP Group and listed on NSE and BSE, has recently secured a significant QIP of Rs. 300 crore. The company has an ongoing project in Khavda, Gujarat, and is making substantial progress.\u00a0KPI Green Energy Ltd. has already\u00a0an order\u00a0book\u00a0of\u00a0more than 750MW\u00a0as\u00a0on\u00a0date\u00a0and aims to achieve a target of 1 gigawatt by 2025.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Commenting on the deal,\u00a0Dr. Faruk G. Patel,\u00a0CMD of KP Group., stated that the business relationship with\u00a0Emmvee has been strong even before this deal\u00a0primarily due to Emmvee\u2019s commitment towards a quality product. The decision to purchase 300 megawatts of solar panels reaffirms our commitment\u00a0of\u00a0timely\u00a0completing the Khavda project for\u00a0supplying power to\u00a0Gujarat\u00a0Urja\u00a0Vikas Nigam Limited and advancing towards a green energy revolution. \u00a0<\/p>\n
