Noida (India), January 18<\/strong>: Instashield,\u00a0a\u00a0medtech\u00a0wellness company, has signed a\u00a0Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with\u00a0Government of Gujarat (Public Health and Family Welfare) at Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2024\u00a0held at Gandhinagar, Gujarat recently.\u00a0The MoU was inked between the two for the execution of the project called\u00a0\u2018Revolutionizing Virus Disruption\u2019.\u00a0This\u00a0agreement positions\u00a0Instashield\u00a0to elevate its\u00a0presence in the region, outlining a comprehensive plan for expansive investments, operations, research and development (R&D), and product development. This MoU also\u00a0aligns with the commitment of both\u00a0Instashield\u00a0and the Government of Gujarat to foster innovation, prioritize public health, and create a safer environment for citizens in the state.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The MoU was signed by\u00a0Shri.\u00a0Harshad\u00a0R. Patel, IAS, Secretary (Public Health and Family Welfare) and Commissioner (Health), Government of Gujarat\u00a0and Hitesh M. Patel, Promoter & Director of\u00a0Instashield.\u00a0Under the MoU,\u00a0Instashield\u00a0has agreed to invest\u00a0Rs. 45 crores in the State and\u00a0hire\u00a0local habitants to execute the project\u00a0with the aim of\u00a0protectingthe citizens from the\u00a0existing\u00a0and growing\u00a0viruses including different variants of coronavirus family.<\/p>\n

Hitesh M Patel, Promoter & Director,\u00a0Instashield\u00a0expressed his enthusiasm for aligning with the summit\u2019s theme, \u201cGateway to the Future,\u201d stating\u00a0\u201cWe are\u00a0honoured\u00a0to collaborate with the Government of Gujarat in our collective mission to combat the transmission of the corona family of viruses\u00a0and other viruses.
