Bengaluru (Karnataka) [India], October 9:<\/strong> The Innovation in Rare Earths and Lithium (IRLi 2025)<\/strong>\u00a0Summit, organized by\u00a0CMA India<\/strong>,<\/a>\u00a0commenced today at\u00a0The Capitol Hotel, Bengaluru<\/em>, bringing together policymakers, global experts, scientists, industry leaders, and innovators to discuss India\u2019s growing leadership in the\u00a0critical minerals and clean energy ecosystem<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The two-day summit, themed\u00a0\u201cInnovation for a Sustainable Future,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0focuses on driving advancements in\u00a0Rare Earth Elements (REE)<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Lithium<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 the backbone of clean technologies, battery storage, and next-generation manufacturing.<\/p>\n

The inaugural session on\u00a0October 9th<\/strong>\u00a0featured the presence of\u00a0dignitaries from the Ministry of Mines, Government of India<\/strong>, as Guests of Honour, who emphasized the nation\u2019s commitment to sustainable exploration, responsible mining, and domestic value creation in critical minerals.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Hon\u2019ble Minister of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, and Minister of New and Renewable Energy, Shri Pralhad Joshi<\/strong>, will join the event on\u00a0October 10th, 2025<\/strong>, to address industry leaders and highlight India\u2019s roadmap for renewable energy and self-reliance in critical minerals.<\/p>\n

\u201cIndia\u2019s critical minerals strategy is central to its energy transition goals. IRLi serves as a vital forum for connecting industry and policy toward building a sustainable and secure resource future,\u201d said a senior official from the\u00a0Ministry of Mines<\/strong>\u00a0during the opening session.<\/p>\n
