Ahmedabad (Gujarat) [India], February 27:<\/strong> <\/span>Praveg Limited, India\u2019s leading eco-responsible luxury resorts company, announced that it has received the Letter of Award (LoA) on\u00a0February 25, 2026,\u00a0from the Directorate of Tourism, Government of Meghalaya\u00a0for the\u00a0Development, Operation and Maintenance of Luxury Cottages located at\u00a0Umiam\u00a0in\u00a0Meghalaya under Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT)\u00a0mode on Public-Private Partnership\u00a0basis.<\/p>\n

The Company was declared the selected bidder for the project, and pursuant to the revised terms approved by the competent authority, the project envisages the development, operation and maintenance of a minimum of\u00a040 (forty) luxury cottages\u00a0on approximately\u00a010 (ten) acres of land, along with allied amenities and supporting infrastructure. The Company is required to complete development and make the project operational on a year-round basis\u00a0within\u00a018 (eighteen) months\u00a0from the Appointed Date.<\/p>\n

The project has been granted a\u00a0concession period of 30 (thirty) years,\u00a0commencing from the Appointed Date, providing long-term operational visibility and revenue generation potential.\u00a0The Company anticipates robust performance from the upcoming resort.<\/p>\n
