All India Importers\u2019 Exporters\u2019 Association (AIIEA) has represented to the Director-General of Foreign Trade, New Delhi, on 08.10.2021,\u00a0 to consider the grievance of various stakeholders with respect to difficulties being faced due to erroneous\u00a0 imposition of Actual user conditions\/ Value cap restrictions on various inputs covered by several Standard Inputoutput Norms ( SION\u2019s)\u00a0 of Food Products, under which import authorizations are issued as per Provision of Para 4.27 (i) of Foreign Trade Policy- (2015-20).<\/p>\n<p>A few of other associations with the likes of All India Food Processors Association\u00a0 New Delhi, vide letter dated 15.02.2018\u00a0 &amp; All India Biscuits Manufacturers Association, New Delhi vide their representations dated 18.12.2017, 10.01.2018 &amp; 26.07.2021 &amp; Food Ingredients Importers\/Exporters Welfare Association vide letter dated 19.07.2017\u00a0 has also represented identical cases with\u00a0 the DGFT, New Delhi in the past, in respect of erroneous issuance of Public Notice No. 41\/2015-20 dated 02.11.2016, contrary to the provision of Para 4.25 of Hand Book of Procedures- (2015-20).\u00a0 \u00a0The Association is hopeful\u00a0 that the DGFT would consider the said representation dated 08.10.2021 with all its sincerity and may take a favourable decision in an expeditious manner at the earliest in the interest of the trade and public at large.<\/p>\n<p>{Click link below for letters of representations):<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.me-qr.com\/pdf\/1172829.pdf?v=10122021123427579082\">https:\/\/cdn.me-qr.com\/pdf\/1172829.pdf?v=10122021123427579082<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], October 15: M\/s.
