Sathlokhar Synergys E&C Global Limited Bags Rs 75.52 Cr (excluding GST) New Orders; FY27 Confirmed Order Book Rises to Rs 915.74 Cr (excluding GST)

Chennai (Tamil Nadu) [India], July 9: Sathlokhar Synergys E&C Global Limited (NSE: SSEGL), one of the leading EPC players, providing end-to-end turnkey execution across design, civil works, PEB structures, MEP systems, solar installations, and interior fit-outs, Sathlokhar Synergys E&C Global Limited is pleased to announce that the Company has secured five new orders across MEP, civil, and electrical works.

Following its earlier disclosure of confirmed orders of approximately ₹840.22 Cr (excluding GST) for FY 2026/27, the Company has secured additional confirmed orders of approximately ₹75.52 C (excluding GST). Accordingly, the Company’s revised confirmed order book for FY 2026/27 now stands at approximately ₹915.74 Cr (excluding GST). These orders are scheduled for execution over the next 3 to 9 months.

The latest orders strengthen the Company’s execution pipeline across footwear manufacturing, industrial facilities, consumer products, and food processing sectors.

1. MEP Works for High Glory Footwear India Private Limited

High Glory Footwear India Private Limited is a subsidiary of Taiwan-based Pou Chen Corporation Industrial Group, the world’s largest branded athletic and casual footwear manufacturer and an OEM and ODM partner for major international brands including Nike, adidas, ASICS, New Balance, Salomon, and Timberland.

  • Scope of Work: Execution of MEP works for A5 and A6 at the proposed factory
  • Location: SIPCOT Industrial Park SEZ, Kallakurichi, Tamil Nadu
  • Order Value: ₹40.59 Cr including GST
  • Execution Timeline: Before December 2026

2. MEP Works for Grand Atlantia Panapakkam SEZ Developers Private Limited

Grand Atlantia Panapakkam SEZ Developers Private Limited is part of Taiwan-based Hong Fu Industrial Group, a leading global footwear manufacturer. Hong Fu Industrial Group is investing approximately ₹1,500 Cr to establish a mega non-leather footwear manufacturing facility in Ranipet.

  • Scope of Work: Execution of MEP works for the proposed building
  • Location: SIPCOT Park, Panapakkam, Ranipet, Tamil Nadu
  • Order Value: ₹25.55 Cr, including GST
  • Execution Timeline: Before October 2026

3. Civil Works for Anabond Limited

  • Scope of Work: Execution of civil works at the industrial facility
  • Location: APIC Industrial Park, Andhra Pradesh
  • Order Value: ₹19.48 Cr, including GST
  • Execution Timeline: Before January 2027

4. Civil Works for Reliance Consumer Products Limited

The Company has secured an order from Reliance Consumer Products Limited, a subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited, and the company producing CAMPA COLA beverages.

  • Scope of Work: Execution of new project site establishment, civil works
  • Location: Mulwada Industrial Area Phase II, Bijapur, Karnataka
  • Order Value: ₹1.22 Cr, including GST
  • Execution Timeline: Before October 2026

5. Electrical Works for Karaikal Iyangars Foods Limited

The Company has secured an order from Karaikal Iyangars Foods Limited, known as Iyengar Bakery.

  • Scope of Work: Execution of electrical works
  • Location: Karaikal, Pondicherry
  • Order Value: ₹2.26 Cr, including GST
  • Execution Timeline: Before September 2026

The addition of these projects further strengthens Sathlokhar Synergys E&C Global Limited’s position as an integrated EPC execution partner across industrial and manufacturing sectors, while highlighting its growing capabilities across MEP, civil and electrical works.
