Lord’s Mark Industries Limited World’s First AI-Powered Dialysis Ecosystem Secures MHRA Registration, Opens Gateway to UK & UK-Allied Markets

Posted on September 28, 2026 By

New Delhi [India], September 28: In a landmark moment for India’s medical technology sector, Lord’s Mark Industries Limited, through its healthcare and med-tech platform, has secured registration with the Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), London, UK, for its haemodialysis system, marking a major step towards taking its AI-powered dialysis technology and integrated renal-care ecosystem to the UK and UK-allied markets. The company positions this milestone as India’s first and the world’s first such AI-powered dialysis ecosystem to secure the regulatory milestone at this pace, and as the first Indian company to achieve this milestone in the context of the India-UK Free Trade Agreement (FTA).

The registration covers Renalyx Health Systems Pvt. Ltd. as a manufacturer, with its haemodialysis system for institutional and home use registered under GMDN Code 58131. Lord’s Mark Industries Limited will start exporting its machine to UK and UK ally countries from early January 2027.

What began as a Made-in-India medical technology is now stepping onto the global healthcare stage. Lord’s Mark Industries is taking its world-first AI-powered integrated dialysis ecosystem beyond India, with the UK emerging as a key market in the company’s international expansion roadmap.

The development comes as the company builds on the momentum of its Renalyx AI-powered smart haemodialysis technology, which was launched as the technological backbone of an integrated renalcare ecosystem designed to bring together intelligent clinical technology, digital monitoring, operational management and continuity of care.

Unlike conventional dialysis models where the machine operates largely as an individual piece of medical equipment, the Lord’s Mark ecosystem has been conceived as a connected, intelligence-led renal-care platform. At its core is the Renalyx machine, supported by RenalOS, the company’s AI-powered clinical intelligence platform, and an integrated operational model designed to extend care beyond the dialysis session.

The ecosystem combines AI clinical intelligence, operational delivery and remote patient monitoring.

From Machine to Intelligence: Reimagining Dialysis with AI

The larger vision behind Renalyx is to move dialysis from a machine-centric model towards an intelligence-driven care ecosystem. The technology is designed to enable real-time monitoring of treatment parameters, generate predictive alerts and provide data-driven decision support during dialysis sessions.

RenalOS further enables AI-led monitoring and supports the identification of early warning signals, while connected technology can extend monitoring and continuity of care beyond the dialysis centre.

This convergence of AI, connected medical devices, cloud technology and clinical intelligence is at the heart of Lord’s Mark’s vision to create a new generation of renal-care infrastructure.

And now, that vision is preparing to cross borders.

UK: The Next Frontier

With the MHRA manufacturer and device registration, Lord’s Mark Industries is preparing to explore opportunities to deploy its dialysis technology in the UK, while also evaluating opportunities across UK-allied international markets, subject to applicable regulatory, clinical and market-access requirements.

The company’s proposed international business model extends beyond the sale of dialysis machines. Lord’s Mark plans to explore a dual pathway, supplying its Renalyx systems to healthcare providers while also establishing and operating its own dialysis centres.

This creates the potential for the company to participate across the renal-care value chain, from medical technology and AI-driven clinical intelligence to infrastructure, centre operations and patient care delivery.

India-Built. AI-Powered. Globally Positioned.

The international push represents another chapter in Lord’s Mark Industries broader healthcare strategy: building advanced medical technologies in India that can compete and create impact in global markets.

The Renalyx platform has been positioned by the company as an indigenous smart haemodialysis system developed in India, with the broader ecosystem integrating the machine with AI-powered clinical intelligence and managed dialysis operations.

Dr. Sachidanand Upadhyay, Managing Director & CEO, Lord’s Mark Industries Limited, said that:

“This is more than a regulatory milestone for us; it is a moment that validates the larger vision we have been building around Indian medical technology. We started with a simple but powerful belief that the next generation of healthcare innovation can be built in India and taken to the world. With our AI-powered dialysis ecosystem, we are not merely taking a machine into an international market; we are taking an entirely new approach to how renal care can be connected, intelligent and scalable. The MHRA registration gives us an important platform to explore the UK and UK-allied markets, where we see significant potential for both technology deployment and our own dialysis-centre operations. Our ambition is to make Renalyx a globally recognised Indian healthcare innovation and demonstrate that world-class medical technology can be conceived, engineered and scaled from India.”

Building a Global Renal-Care Ecosystem

Lord’s Mark’s international ambition is not limited to exporting equipment. The company is looking to build a scalable renal-care ecosystem that can combine technology deployment with managed healthcare delivery.

Through the proposed model, healthcare institutions could potentially access the company’s dialysis technology, while Lord’s Mark can also explore establishing its own centres to deliver technology-enabled dialysis services directly.

The company sees this integrated approach as an opportunity to create a more connected ecosystem in which the machine, AI intelligence, clinical workflows, remote monitoring and centre operations work together rather than functioning as isolated components.

For India’s med-tech sector, the development also carries a larger significance. As healthcare increasingly moves towards AI-enabled and connected systems, Indian companies are increasingly developing technologies aimed not only at domestic healthcare challenges but also at international markets.

Lord’s Mark’s UK expansion is therefore being positioned as a globalisation journey for an Indian-built healthcare technology platform, taking the company from an indigenous dialysis innovation to an international renal-care business.

The MHRA communication confirms that Renalyx Health Systems Pvt. Ltd. is registered as a manufacturer and that its haemodialysis system for institutional/home use is registered. The MHRA also expressly clarifies that this registration does not itself constitute accreditation, certification or approval by the UK Competent Authority.

For Lord’s Mark Industries, however, the registration marks the beginning of its next ambition: to take an AI-powered Indian dialysis innovation beyond borders and build a global footprint around smarter, connected and scalable renal care.
