Dr.Ojas Joshi is one of such exceptional personalities. He is an entrepreneur, a technocrat leading a high growth business in the pharmaceutical domain and a successful musician. He holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences and is a Sangeet Visharad (B.A) from ‘Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, the only school for Indian Classical Music globally. Ojas has even developed expert-level proficiency with the guitar and the piano as if this wasn’t enough.
Dr. Ojas Joshi is the director of Paona Chempro, where he leverages his deep expertise in the pharmaceutical sciences to chart the company’s long-term growth plans. The business venture has experienced rapid growth in the last few years under his able leadership. The venture is the perfect example of how a leader with scientific and technical expertise can do miracles in scaling the business.
Apart from his business endeavours, Dr. Joshi is also a widely known musician and has performed extensively in India and the USA. His Marathi originals and an album of Hindi Bollywood covers are streaming on popular streaming platforms like Saavn, Spotify, Amazon Music and Apple Music. He has not only built his musical career but has also enabled several others to pursue music as a career path through his music startup ‘Music Jammin’. 
Dr. Ojas founded ‘Music Jammin’ in 2012 with a vision to create a community platform for musicians to perform and network. Music Jammin is an ecosystem that inspires, motivates and supports people who want to pursue a career in arts alongside their current jobs/studies. Currently, it has more than 40,000 members across the country and is growing with each passing day.
Along with leading and managing ‘‘Music Jammin’, Dr. Joshi has been motivating and encouraging other musical aspirants to pursue music, especially during the lockdown, by conducting several virtual jamming sessions & Instagram Live sessions throughout the year. He has gained a lot of popularity on social media through these sessions and has taken a step further to enrol and train enthusiasts through his online courses called ‘Get Trained’.
His latest Hindi original, ‘Raabta’ created quite a buzz in the musical community. It was well-received publicly and now is streaming on all popular music streaming platforms. His next original track, ‘Kacchi Dhoop’ is all set to release in the coming week. One look at the teaser and you’ll know it’s pretty promising!
