December 22: “Hard Work, Perseverance and strong determination is what we need in order to achieve success in any field” says Mrs Manjari Priya Gupta, Director in a leading fintech firm FIS Global, a social activist, an actress, whose recent name to fame has been on winning the international pageant – Haut Monde Mrs India worldwide 2021 Earth in its Season 10. The Grand Finale of this prestigious pageant was held in UAE amongst more than 100 participants from across the world. She has been additionally crowned the zonal winner of East & central India, and Mrs Popular subtitle in this coveted pageant.
She lives in Bengaluru with her husband Mr Ritesh Gupta (Director in a leading consulting firm) and 2 kids – 7 years old daughter, Amaira and a 5 years old son, Yuvaan and loves spending time with them.
She was brought up in Dhoni’s city Ranchi in a modest family by her father Mr Vinod Kumar Jaiswal, retired Govt official from FCI and by mother Manju Jaiswal, a homemaker. She has always been an intelligent yet sincere & hardworking student, recall her teachers & friends. She has been a topper in her academics throughout apart from being a Science State Topper & a Gold medalist. She graduated from Xavier’s college, Ranchi and completed her MBA Finance from Delhi with flying colors.
She has been working since last 16 years in banking & financial industry in global banks & multi nationals. She has worked in Australia previously, while her last stint was as Assistant Vice President in a Swiss Bank & presently working as Director in a FIS Global, a leading Financial Technology MNC.
Manjari has been casted in a leading role in an upcoming movie – Ek Paheli that portrays a positive & strong image of women in society. The shoot of this short movie directed by Syed Dawood has been wrapped up and is in post-production phase before getting released on various platforms & is hopeful to qualify for many global cine-awards.
Apart from her usual corporate work life she is a public speaker, fond of writing poems, fitness enthusiast & loves cooking for her family in spare time. From rising the corporate ladder, to bagging leading role in a movie & recently setting up the ramp on fire… She has done it all!
Manjari mentions that she received all the requisite support & grooming from the pageant organizers like all the other fellow contestants including the official mentoring & coaching by 2018 winner Ms Kirti Mishra Narang. However, she went extra mile by getting additional grooming from industry’s well-knowns like Varun Katyal – Celebrity Doctor, Diet & Nutrition expert, The Refinery Academy led by Shamita Singha – a runway model&a well-known pageant trainer and Shailaja Suri – well known pageant groomer, to name a few.

The Grand Finale commenced at Hilton Garden Inn, Ras-Al-Khaimah on 23rd October 2021 and had Dr Aditi Govitrikar (Mrs. World), Sylvie Rodgers (Celebrity Hairstylist and makeup artist), Tarini Mukherji (Winner, Haut Monde Mrs India Worldwide 2019) and Rony Kaula (celebrity photographer) at the jury panel. The show was choreographed by the ace supermodel Kavita Kharayat along with actor and model, Sunny Kamble. The official mentoring was done by Kirti Mishra Narang (Winner of Haut Monde Mrs India Worldwide 2018). The Finalists were shot at 3 locations in UAE by the official celebrity photographer of the event, Rony Kaula.
