Vidhan Group by Ambitious farmer enters real estate to raise the bar for premium living in Banaras

Banaras (Uttar Pradesh) [India], May 31: In Banaras, there’s a remarkable story unfolding, one that starts with a young man named Rajnish Singh. Growing up in a family of farmers, Rajnish’s world revolved around the fields and the simple joys of rural life. But deep inside, he carried dreams that stretched far beyond the boundaries of his village.

After completing his education at UP College, Rajnish found his passion in basketball. He began playing in 2002 and quickly rose to represent India in international tournaments by 2004. Despite his success on the court, life had other plans for him.

In 2006, Rajnish moved to work at Banaras Locomotive Works (BLW), a significant shift from his sports career. Tragedy struck in 2008 when his father passed away leaving Rajnish incharge of the family. At that point he got a job which he worked hard for but somewhwre his dreams were still budding inside of him which he wanted to achieve.

By 2012, Rajnish felt the urge to break free from the confines of a traditional job. Despite facing opposition from those around him, he decided to pursue a different path. Real estate beckoned, a field entirely unfamiliar to him, but he embraced the challenge with determination and faith.

In a city where trust in real estate was scarce, Rajnish set out to change perceptions. He started by offering plots with boundary walls, aiming to earn the trust of the community. The turning point came in 2014 during the Lok Sabha elections, which confirmed his belief in the potential of the real estate sector.

In 2017, Rajnish founded Vidhan Group, marking the beginning of a new chapter in his journey. With a focus on luxury living, the group aimed to redefine urban lifestyles with innovative concepts and 5BHK flats.

Rajnish’s vision extends beyond Banaras; he dreams of expanding Vidhan Group’s presence across cities and states while uplifting the name of his hometown.

Today, Vidhan Group stands as a testament to Rajnish’s perseverance and determination. With two luxury projects underway and more on the horizon, the group continues to invite dreamers to join them on the path to a brighter future.
