The establishment of Synthesis Institute became true because of three partners; Dr. Shwet Goswami (Academic Director), Mr. Manoj K. Bajaj (Management Director), Mr. Jethmal Suthar (Administration Director). The synthesis started its inception in the year 2006 with around 120 students, but today they cater 2000+ students in fetching their goals per year.

Initially, Bikaner lacked a well-organized NEET and IIT JEE coaching, and students from here went to other districts to prepare for these exams.
The conception of Synthesis Institute by the three partners in Bikaner paved a path for local students preparing for pre-medical and pre-engineering.
Due to different subjects of the three, the partnership proved fruitful. From the very beginning, they gave importance to emotions more than a legal agreement so that there was no rift in the partnership.
Also, in 2019 Synthesis Coaching Institute jointly started completely free coaching “Pragyanam” in collaboration with Dr. K.D. Sharma, who runs Sushila Keshav Educational Institute, thought that no talented student should be left behind due to financial incapacitation.
In Pragyanam, free coaching is provided to the students of class 11th and 12th of science stream for the preparation of NEET and IIT JEE.
During the pandemic, Synthesis Coaching provided an online coaching system and helped in remote preparation for students to get selected in NEET, JEE, and other courses.
