Youngsters Launch Sash Hair Care Products Using Ancient Wisdom, Attract Applause from Customers

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], July 27: The natural product market in India has always been a topic of discussion among the crowds. While some dismiss it as pseudoscience, others are all praise for ancient wisdom and its capability to deliver the best results. This is a story of 2 teenagers who identified the need for high-quality, chemical-free products that tackle hair fall issues. They believed in the power of nature and came up with Sash products. We wanted the backing of global standards so our product could be the best of modern research as well as ancient wisdom.” Sohan Shankar, Director, Sash Products agrees and talks about the extensive 8-month long research that Supritha undertook. She started by identifying the root cause of hair problems. She specially accounted for youth and their hair troubles due to poor lifestyles and stress. Supritha also talks about multiple hits and trials that she had to attempt to come up with the perfect recipe. ‘We wanted the products to be superior in quality yet affordable,” says Sohan.

Their desire to manufacture the best-quality products led them to source organic and cruelty-free ingredients from the Himalayas and interiors of Central Asia. They chose the ingredients, keeping in mind the nutritional requirements of the scalp. They enable natural hair growth. Important parameters influencing the choice of raw materials include pH values, viscosity, and specific gravity to aid better absorption of oil in the scalp. This helps maintain good hair health.

Now that is a perfect story of exemplary passion and entrepreneurial pursuits. Two youngsters without a formal education, just a goal, and persistence created a brand that is now being preferred over old and established products in the market. Customers are loving Sash products and also offering amazing yet constructive feedback. “This feedback makes us confident that we are on the right path and also gives us the opportunity to identify areas of improvement,” says Supritha who is currently pursuing a bachelor’s in the medical field. She chose the field to understand human anatomy better and come up with better formulations of products. Comprehensive medical knowledge and exceptional business skills are helping Supritha run this business and deliver satisfactory outcomes to her customers.
