AVG Logistics Delivers Rs. 132 Cr Revenue in Q1 FY27

New Delhi [India], August 21: AVG Logistics Limited, (BSE – 543910, NSE – AVG), a leading multimodal logistics solutions provider, has announced its unaudited financial results for Q1 FY27.

Q1 FY27 Consolidated Key Financial Highlights

· Revenue from Operations of ₹132.48 Cr, YoY growth of 5.97%

· PBT of ₹8.71 Cr, YoY growth of 24.42%

· PBT Margin of 6.58%, YoY up by 98 Bps

· PAT of ₹6.46 Cr, YoY growth of 29.98%

· PAT Margin of 4.87%, YoY up by 89 Bps

Commenting on financial performance, Mr. Sanjay Gupta Managing Director & CEO, AVG Logistics Limited said, “Q1 FY27 has marked a promising start to the fiscal year, with several strategic initiatives reflecting the Company’s long-term commitment to innovation, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. During the quarter, the Company successfully raised capital through a Rights Issue, strengthening its financial position and providing resources to fuel business expansion, onboard new customers, and enhance fleet utilization. The Company is also leveraging the latest technology to track and monitor vehicles operating across different routes and serving diverse customer requirements. In addition, its in-house developed software solutions have been implemented to provide flexible, technology-driven solutions aligned with the evolving needs of customers in an increasingly competitive logistics environment.With technology at the core of its operations, the Company is focused on delivering faster, more efficient, and tailor-made solutions to its customers. The real-time vehicle tracking capability enables customers to conveniently monitor the movement and status of their vehicles, offering greater transparency, visibility, and operational control. Recent Key Business Highlights

Rights IssueDuring the quarter, the Company has successfully raised an amount of Rs. 52.93 Crore through Rights issue for augmenting the working capital requirement of the Company and General Corporate Purpose.
Procurement of Long-Term contract from Haldiram NagpurCompany has secured a significant order for the deployment of 100 dedicated vehicles from Haldiram, Nagpur dealing into Sweets, Namkeen etc. Under this contract, AVG will provide logistics services to the FMCG customer across the Western and Southern regions, as well as key eastern states including Odisha, Bihar, and Jharkhand.
Joint venture with Baidyanath GroupThe Company has join hands with Baidyanath Group and incorporated a Joint Venture Company which aimed at accelerating the adoption of LNG-powered transportation solutions across key industrial sectors, including steel and metals, FMCG, cement, and other high-volume logistics segments. Through this collaboration, AVG will leverage its extensive logistics network and customer relationships, while Baidyanath LNG will provide access to LNG fleets, fueling infrastructure, and technical expertise.
